Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
You have received valuable advice from others. Please act on it. Definitely heart problems need to be ruled out as along with carotid and jaw pain you also have fatigue and angina.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I hope you're still at home and able to read this.  I am a Paramedic, and yes, you should call an ambulance!  Pain in the jaw and back are signs of a heart attack.  Also, you mentioned that you have a history of cardiac problems.  Apparently, you know a little bit about what you're talking about since you have Angina, and you say it's happening more frequently.  I also agree with SurgiMenopause about the CHF (Congestive Heart Failure).  If you tire easily with activity and your feet/legs are swelling, accompanied by difficulty breathing, you probably have CHF.  Does your doctor have you on any dieuretics (Lasix)?  Do you eat healthy?  Are you height/weight proportionate?  Good luck to you & get to an ER or your cardiologist ASAP!

I hope you have medical insurance and can get into a doctor.  I'm not a professional, but here's my opinon.  They should test your ESR and probably do a doppler of your carotid.  They should check you for CHF.
