Severe pain in hips legs and head

Last night about midnight I got a sharp pain in my hips it radiated down my legs and then my head I am disabled with reflex sympathetic distrophy also kjnown as complex regional pain syndrome I have had many surgeries the most recent I had 2 p!ates put in my neck and what happened last night was by far the worst pain I've ever experienced I struggled to walk down the hall to the bathroom all I could think of was to get in hot water pain meds didn't touch it. I grabbed my cold coffee from earlier for the caffeine for the headache I sat in the tub for about 2 hours sippinbg on that coffee until I thought I could stand up. I was very close to calling 911. The pain was so bad it caused me to vomit please any suggestions I sure do appreciate it
