Shaking, fatigue. Please help.

I'm twenty years old. Female. I have always been very healthy, no history of health concerns. For a couple of weeks I've experienced very noticable shaking and weakness in the evening and at night. When the shaking starts, I can hold up my hands and they are visibly trembling. I've also been having sporadic pains in my lower abdomen and the area of my uterus/ovaries. This pain is usually dull and not anything very intense, but occasionally there's a pain sharp enough to catch my attention. But, going back a little further, about a month/month-and-a-half ago I noticed a red spot on my right breast, with a knot underneath. I made an appointment with my doctor and she prescribed antibiotics because she assumed it was a cyst. When I had my follow up appointment, 2 weeks later, to check on the breast, the spot had improved but was definitely still there. The doctor then scheduled an ultra-sound to make sure things were ok. The ultra-sound showed that the knot was under the skin and not on the breast tissue. But back to the point of that story; All of these symptoms started around the time that I was on the antibiotic. The antibiotics I was taking for the knot caused a yeast infection, which is to be expected. While I had the yeast infection my fiance and I had sex and afterwards, he had a red rash and little bumps on the backside of his penis. They went away within a day after we had sex. That was about a month ago. He's had no other problems, no other symptoms but every time after we have sex, and ONLY after we have sex he still gets the rash, always in the same spot on his penis. It always goes away within a day after we have sex and there aren't any other symptoms. We've been together and faithful to each other for 2 years and have only begun experiencing this within the last month. He also says that during sex, when he enters me, somthing on me hurts him. He says it feels like something is scratching him. But, like I said, there aren't other issues and after a few hours or a day at the most, he is fine. I don't know if all of these things are in any way related. I only know that they started developing at around the same time. I've been fairly anxious about it and would greatly appreciate any help or advice. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much. Does that sound like an STD?? And my fiance and I have been together for 2 years (faithfully) and have never had any problems until they suddenly started about a month ago.

Consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab test for fungal infection, bacterial vaginosis and STD. Other than this, rule out PCOD, hyperthyroidism, and diabetes as the cause of shakiness. Take care!
