when i go to the bathroom and while i am urinating the bottom half of my belly botton get like a lump. im able to litterally push it back and it stays. If i need to explain better just let me know. It only happens while im acually urinating

Herniations can hurt, but not necessary. Please get assessed by your PCP/Family Physician.
well it doesnt hurt and yes i can see it when it pops out. Ive had this going on for a year or so now.
Sounds like a possible small herniation. There must enough pressure on it during urination to make it pop out to see.
