Small painful lump in upper left abdomen

Any insight is greatly appreciated-I'm 33 weeks! At first I thought this very sharp pain was due to either baby kicking or ligament stretching.  The pain is pretty severe especially when I move or cough and I've now found there is a tiny hard ball located under where the pain is greatest. It's above and to the left of my belly button. Any ideas or similar experiences? I'm waiting on my doctor but they are taking forever to respond.

Possible an umbilical hernia? That would be about the exact location.
