Hello,

High levels of CRP are caused by infections and many long-term diseases like lymphoma(Cancer of the lymph nodes),lupus(Disease of the immune system),rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and osteomylitis(Infection of a bone).

Raised platelet count is indicative of chronic inflammation and myeloproliferative disorder (abnormal growth of blood cell elements within the bone marrow).

What about your periods? Are you having irregular periods?Premenopause can also cause such symptoms.
Your symptoms of night sweats and chronic fatigue are leading to the possibilities of lymphoma, hormone disorders like carcinoid syndrome and hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). Some neurologic conditions like strokes, autonomic neuropathy, and post-traumatic syringomyelia and infections like tuberculosis, bacterial infections, abscesses and osteomyelitis can cause night sweats. AIDS and HIV can also produce night sweats.

All these possibilities have to be looked into along with various investigations to reach a confirmatory diagnosis. For that, pls consult a physician. Treatment is cause specific and so cause has to be found out first.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
