Stomach problem I think ?

3 days ago after a tyring day I went home and slept for a few hours when I woke up I felt my muscles sore all over but I thought it was the usual pain I get after these long days since I am Vitamin D deficient and still treating it
But then I felt weak as if I can't stand up for long and then developed a fever of 38.3°c and was shivering
At first I thought it was the flu but the day after I started having post nasal drip with slightly green sputum (if I manage to spit it out , sorry) that bothered me all day plus that remarkable sinusitis headache and nasal congestion so I thought it was acute sinusitis
So for the next 2 days I rested, took sinusitis medication which had (paracetamol, loratidine, pseudoephedrine) and an antibiotic
but today I still have that post nasal drip and the headache although the fever is gone .what's new is my stomach
as soon as I eat something I feel my stomach tight and tender and feel nauseaus
it gets better with time but not all better
I don't have burning sensation or so (even though that's actually a problem that I suffer from frequently but not now)

I'm a female, 23, no pregnancy
Vit D deficient as I mentioned
I have some kind of problem with fat digestion since fat appears in stool which makes it harder to treat vit D deficiency of course but don't know what it is yet

Yes your suspicion is well warranted.
You are likely not metabolizing fats properly.
It is possible that you are low in lipase, bile or
may have a relevant issue with the liver or gallbladder.
Vitamin D, A, E and K are all fat soluble, so you may have more deficiencies, including possibly hormonal deficiencies.
Hormone synthesis is cholesterol - dependant and if your fats are not processed well, you may have an issue not only with ADEK vitamins and hormones, but also with the neurological system and brain function
in the long term.
Vitamin D impacts many organs and bodily systems, as there are vitamin receptors everywhere in the body, however, the digestive system has the most, therefore it's more vulnerable.
You can do a trial of a high quality enzyme formula consisting of Protease, Amylase and Lipase, as well as
some bile salts to see if this helps.
Probiotics would also help, specially in light of your antibiotic treatment, to replenish your healthy gut bacteria.
Multi-strain in the 10s of billions, the type that need refrigeration, would be preferable.
Eventually, you should consider a Functional Medicine
or Naturopathic Doctor to help you rebalance your body
and restore your health.
Cheers,
Niko
