Sudden finger, hand,arm numbness weakness

I am a 40 yr old female who had a cerebellar astrocytoma removed 4 years ago.  There has been no regrowth noted so I can't think it would be an issue.   I have been having moderate pain in my right forearm and wrist, an EMG showed no Carpal Tunnel.  All of a sudden a few hours ago my arm, wrist, thumb and three of four fingers went numb and tingly and I can't really make a fist or hold a glass.  (Index finger is fine??)  And NOw in the last hour or so the left Index and Middle fingers are going the same way...that arm has had the Ulnar Nerve transposed 8 yrs ago ...

I have had  a wonky neck due to the whole recovery process from the brain tumor-took several years to just get to 85% on the right side of my body,  I came of of surgery with no use of the right side of my body but DID NOT have a stoke.  Just the location of the tumor....this recovery caused many issues lower back.

Has anyone got a clue about this sudden onset numbness? Sort of spooking me.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Either go t an ER or consult a neurologist. Either there is compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region or there is some problem in the cerebellar region due to surgery—may be an after effect or damage. Regrowth you confirm is ruled out. It could also be a transverse myelitis or infection at a particular level in the spinal cord. It could also be transient ischemic attack or mini stroke.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
