Terrible pain + crackling noise when I press on throat?

Friday morning, I woke up at about 10 am and my jaw on my left side hurt badly. The pain traveled to about halfway down my throat, just left of my esophagus. I found that when I pressed on my throat lightly, pushing right, it made a weird popping/cracking sound. It felt like something was shattering almost, like I can move it around. The noise happens repeatedly so it's not a one and done deal. It hurts my neck to move at all, but it's the worst if I look up or up and to the right. It's slightly swollen as well. It hurts when I talk or eat. Topical numbing creams don't help in the slightest.

I have family history of thyroid problems as well as diabetes. I'm wondering if this could be something serious as I can't get to the doctor until Monday, or if it's something pretty tame.

If it's any help, I am a 14 year old female with a history of depression and anxiety. I have undergone three surgeries lately, two in my knees and one in my eye. I have not had my tonsils removed and I have recently gotten my HPV and flu shots. I have also been having cold/flu-like symptoms the past few days, including sore throat, slight cough, nausea, and bad headaches.
