This will be pretty long

I have all kinds of symptoms, Iv been in and out of the hospital since i have in fifth grade. I was diagnosed with a slow moving stomach and rapid heart weight, I also have ADD, OCD and ADHD. My mother, uncle and grandfather all have lupus, along with heart rate problems. For the last three years Iv been having random fainting spells, I'm sick to my stomach everyday, i have CONSTANT migraines to now over the counter medication doesn't help. I get shaky and weak, two weeks ago I was over at a friends and became very hot i began to sweat I immediately ran over to my house across the street asking my husband if i was hot he said no your freezing, next thing you know I'm awake at the hospital. They did a chest and brain x ray and found nothing, took blood looking for diabetes and still nothing. Most days just getting out of bed wears me out, I can't put on makeup or clean a part of the house without feeling like ill pass out. I eat normally, I love food but I'm not gaining weight. (don't get me wrong that's not a bad thing XD ) I do not drink but i do smoke. My family might think it's lupus, since iv been losing hair, and my body just won't allow me to feel any better it took my mother five years to find out she had lupus because you have to have it show in your blood when it's reacting. Doctors have told us mono can or might trigger lupus i recently had mono last summer but the symptoms have been going on for years. Iv had doctors think i was making all this up, like I'm some freak whose lying for medication. First I wouldn't have spent time or energy having needles shoved into my arms for no reason and you can't fake being this sick all day everyday, fainting in school, the constant sickness and feeling of weakness. I need help or some kind of idea of which way to go or what doctor, if your going to be rude or mean please just don't post.

Thank you I'm certainly going to be looking into that, it would be so much easier to get a real diagnosis figured out and get medication. I didn't know there was anything like that, but thank you again I'm going to ask my doctor about it.

You should really look into dysautonomia(aka autonomic dysfunction,  aka POTS-postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome).  The autonomic nervous system runs everything in your body that is involuntary (ie-heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, body temp etc).  Many people get it after mono or a virus, some hereditary or after surgery.  Your symptoms are all listed there.  Many people are told it is anxiety or depression or something mental. They told my son he had anxiety-even though a psychologist cleared him.   Many people go years without a correct diagnosis.  For further info go to dinet.org or ndrf.org.  My son had 'hot spells', even in the dead of winter he would start tearing off clothes saying it was too hot.
