Quick summary: I am a 17 year old girl, average weight, diagnosed with depression, social anxiety & EDNOS. Seeing a therapist, no medication.
Two things are currently worrying me. Firstly, I am worried that I am low on electrolytes which is apparently quite serious but am not sure if it is bad enough to actually do anything about it. Two obvious reasons for an electrolyte imbalance are that I exercise quite a lot and don't drink much water, also I abuse laxatives. I'm often very tired, dizzy, feeling sick, often my eyes blur lately, head aches, dehydration, and a few days ago my heart was hurting very badly and the pain was kind of numbing my should and side of my ribs (lasted for about 15 minutes), and also every few days I get strange heart pains but they're over quite quickly.
Secondly, today I punched a wall (stupid, I know) a few times and my right pinky knuckle has swelled and it hasn't gone down. There isn't too much bruising, except one small area is actually very dark but that's likely just from impact. But it is very swollen and my pinkly knuckle and ring-finger knuckle aren't visible. It hurts to make a fist, and the swelling is quite soft, but painful to touch obviously. Also, the tendon area underneath the swelling going down to my wrist is painful to touch so I'm worried I may have damaged a tendon. Should I wait a few days just to see how it goes?
A reply to either question would be highly appreciated, thank you!
