I also have had some of these symptoms... I have had it for a while now. going on for about 2 mths. It first started in the beginning of Sept. I had major surgery last year the doc. messed up on my C-section very bad.. I had to have two emergency surgeries following my C-section, the doc didn't sew it good enough and my uterus came back open.. I had a emergency surgery the day after the C-section I had to have 5 blood transfusions... then two weeks after I came home my uterus fell out non stop bleeding, I almost died, the only thing that saved me was the 22 blood transfusions.. then the emergency hysterectomy that took 12 hours to do...
I have had nothing but problems ever since, urinary tract infections, kidney innfections, a lot a lot of pain... fevers and shakes.. recently though I had to go to the er three times in a week because of the symptoms you are talking about... last month I started shaking uncontrollably, like I was cold but I wasn't... all of my muscles tightened up.. I let it go for about two days it would stop for a couple hours and come right back.. finally the third day.. I woke up I was not shaking yet.. but I was sick puking, and started getting a fever... by 5:00 p.m. my husband had to take me to the ER! I was shaking and had a fever of 102... I got there and they tld me I had a bad urinary tract infection and bronchitis... it was bad they gave me antibiotics.. the bronchitis took a while it finally cleared up in a couple weeks.. I had a fever for 3 days straight, bed ridden! the UTI did not go away, I still got it.. I have been peeing blood.. I had to get a shot of diluten it was so bad I couldn't even move... it feels somewhat better.. last night the shakes came back for about two hours, I was not cold.. it was like 80 degrees in my house... my muscles r so sore from shaking so bad. I am thinking there is something seriously wrong with me, I cant have intimacy everytime I do I get a bad yeast infection and the UTI gets worse, and I am pain for days?? I have no idea whats going on, I have a one year old baby that has a cold, and they have her on all kinds of meds to clear it up, and its not working. She is okay, but I am pry going to have to take her to er to get antibiotics because she needs antibiotics and her doctor wont give her any he claims she don't need them its allergies, and I don't think so.
also my chest has been hurting occasionally... followed by the shaking, I have no idea what to do, they tell me its UTI's give me antibiotics and they are not working, so what should I do I have no idea? I mean oviously there is is something else going on, I have had UTI's before this surgery and never have they gave me these symptoms, or made me sick, or made it so I cant have inticmacy... maybe its something going around.. I have talked to other friends that have been experiencing these symtoms also??
Literally just had one if these episodes for the first and hopefully the last time... I decided to go online because just as I got done telling my boyfriend I thought I was going to die and needed to go to the hospital (which took a couple minutes to say between my odd gasps for breath) it just stopped. This was honestly the scariest moment of my life. I really felt like I was going to die, I however couldn't get up... It was like I wasn't in control of anything with my body... My speech, my legs, my breathing, nothing... Thanks for your comments, they helped me and I will continue my research.

For the last few months I've been feeling lightheaded and getting intermittent attacks of waves of nausea. I'v also had this constant feeling of needing the toilet and going far more than is normal. Then a couple of weeks ago I began feeling feverish and achy. After the first couple of days I began to feel extremely cold and shivering violently. I took some co codamol nut it took about ten minutes to subside. I was in bed for almost two weeks, but when the fever was gone I was still left with the lightheadedness, nausea and achyness. I'd been away for 3 months and had been back home about two months when the fever hit. SobI had to reregister at my local surgery where Id been attending for 7 years, but without photo ID I am not allowed to reregister at my doctors surgery. Please can someone tell me what is wrong with me and what I can do to get better? i
Having read many posts now on different web sites it is obvious that this condition is much more common than I thought. Ten years ago I was I'll for about twelve months, which was all day every day and not in spells. The main conditions were head aches, mainly around my eyes and dizzy spells and terrible shaking which was all over my body but not always visible. During that time I had all blood tests available as well as scans and any other tests they could think of. Over the twelve months I lost 2 stones in weight and thought my time was up. I was given propranolol for anxiety and ant depressants. After roughly 12 months I woke one day to find that it had stopped. I never found out exactly what it was or if it was more than one thing but most of it came down to stress.
Now over ten years on I have for the last month experienced almost identical symptoms as I did before. Tunnel vision, dizzy, nausea, severe shaking inside which gets worse the more I focus on it and a loss of balance and strength in general which makes me fall about when moving. Thankfully because of my past expierience with this I am able to get onto it quickly, having already had all blood test to show its nothing serious I now know that it is 75% down to anxiety. Yes that's right anxiety, a silly stupid little thing like that can completely knock your whole body off line and should you also suffer with other conditions such as depression or sinus problems these will make some of the side effects worse than normal. I had a very bad time as a child when I was in a bad accident with my father and was then forced to live away from my parents for a year and a half which gave me depression and also was the beginning of a 3 year fight against mental health issues during a period which I had two mental breakdowns. I now truly believe that somewhere along the line this has never left me and when other although less serious issues have rocked my life this anxiety and depression has reared it's ugly head once more. I don't think that everyone with this will have had something so tragic happen in there life but they may just be of a nervous disposition and probably a constant worrier as I am myself. Phobias are a very common cause of anxiety no matter how silly it may seem.
A fear of dying is the most common which makes it worse as you will worry more than most about the symptoms and actually make it worse.
Work problems, family troubles, even small health issues that you over worry about can all trigger this. My only advice is to keep calm, try not to worry and don't start looking for the worst things that match the symptoms as these are very very rarely the case. See your doctor and get something for the anxiety like propanalol and also something for depression as the anxiety will almost certainly make you depressed. Try to exercise and keep a good hormone balance and regular release of serotonin in the body. Do anything that makes you happy, watch comedies and be with people you love and in time you will get better. The easiest test for this is to just watch a film or something to distract your attention away from everything and you will calm down without realising. One silly symptom I also get from the anxiety is my belly jumps none stop. I can lay down still and watch it jump in time with my heart beat which is a sure sign that you have anxiety and very likely depression so don't get too down I know it's awful at the time but its not serious and it will go eventually.
I just had the same issue. But I have a question......did you throw up when you burped a lot and had dry mouth???
