Unexplained Symptoms

For the past 9 months or so, I've been having a lot of scary symptoms and still don't have a diagnosis. My main symptoms are terrible insomnia, terrible short term memory, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, can't concentrate, trouble speaking/tripping over my words, and a strange rash. I've had an MRI and my thyroid checked, but those were both normal. My doctors keep saying its anxiety, but I truly believe that there is something physically wrong with me.
My condition is so bad that I'm unable to really live my life at the moment. The only thing that has eased some of the symptoms is taking ginseng. It seems to help with the memory and concentration problems. I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm considering switching to a different neurologist, but I'm afraid its just going to be another dead end.
If anyone has any idea what this could be please let me know. Any help would be really appreciated. :)

Hello~Have they checked you M.S., or Fibromyalgia? I would sure get a second opinion if possible from a different neurologist. In the meantime, I know this will sound odd, but try a chiropractor, if you have any nerve impingements, they can cause some of the issues you are having, also, start taking a high potency B complex, a good multi mineral with high calcium and magnesium, and Gingko for the memory.

I had the same symptoms and all my heart tests and CT scans were normal.

My issue was due to anemia, low ferritin, low Vitamin D, low magnesium and I took Vitamin B12 (wasn't tested)

It took a couple of months to see improvements.
