Unknown "rash" Please help

I had a red spot appear on my right arm about 6cm under my armpit. There is only one spot and measures 6.5 cm x 10 cm, is itching like crazy off and on and is not raised. There are no bite marks and I have not taken any new meds. The only new thing to my diet is deer jerkey and I doubt that caused it. I was in the ER 6 days before this popped up. I had a nurse try to put in an IV and she ruptured my vain in the process. I had a rather nasty looking bruise on the same arm as the red spot about 10 cm away. I have been seen by 3 different Dr's and they are stumped. However... One decided to just go ahead and treat me for cellulitis. I have done a lot of research on cellulitis and it doesn't really seem to fit. The rash was not there in the morning then around 11am it just appeared. PLEASE   SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

It could be an allergy to the deer jerky if you never had it before. If no problem before it could be contact dermatitis due to something you are allergic to. It could be a staph infection.  What does it look like, tiny red dots, large irregular flat or crusty or blisters etc.?

it could be anything...try te tree oil..it is a naturall anteseptic..then put olive oil overnight..see how it goes...medication is sometimes not the wy to go..its probbably serious dry rubbing from contant irritation..maybe is it where ur shirt touches ur skin? it could be the laundr detergent...reevaluated everything that has come in contact with that area. but yes tea tree oil is the best
