What do you mean by knee scooter? I am assuming your arms are having muscle spasms due to use of crutches? YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR DOCTOR THAT GAVE YOU CRUTCHES TO LET THEM KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING. YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE ANY PERMANENT DAMAGE. Sometimes you can get very thick foam and wrap around BOTH sides of crutches to decrease the pressure in your underarm - axillary area -. BOTH sides so you dont have your spine off balance. Perhaps your doctor can get you a wheelchair instead. CALL YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE, ASK FOR HIS NURSE OR FOR THE DOCTOR HIMSELF. TELL THEM ITS URGENT AND TELL THEM WHATS GOING ON. The doctor may send you for MRI of that area if it does not return to normal. Dont delay! There is no reason for you to suffer. If you dont get a call back, the answering service at the office will page him or the doctor on duty.
