Feeling sick, lost 15 lbs in one week- whats wrong?

This started 6 days ago. One the first day, every time I ate something, I would immediately throw it back up, by the next day, I felt so sick that even the smell of food makes me start to gag. This has lasted all week. I havn't eaten anything since Monday (check- tried to have some fries yesterday, but they only stayed down for a few minutes). I'm starting to get really upset. I want to eat so bad, but just can't.
I went into the emerg yesterday since I'm starting to have double vision, dizziness, shaking, and a hard time breathing. They did some blood tests and couldn't anything wrong with them. They told me it was just acid reflux and sent me home with gravol and a prescription for acid reflux. The gravol didn't work at all, and they said it would take a few days for the other medication to start working.
Over the last week, I've gone from weighing 145 lbs to only 127 lbs, but the doctors didn't seem concerned at all.
I'm starting to get worried. What should I do? What would cause this? I don't believe its acid reflux- im getting no burning or stomach pain, I just throw up all food.

Just checked it. Its at 3.0 m/mmol.
Feeling a little lightheaded and still can't eat. Just the smell of food makes me start to gag.
I'm starting to get a little depressed over all this. I just have no energy anymore.

The doctors don't seem to want to do anything other than routine bloodwork. They don't seem concerned at all, which really bothers me because I'm starting to get scared. I dropped another 3 lbs overnight, its rediculous.
I am prone to low blood sugar and have a meter to test it a few times a day- doctor doesn't know why, and again, didn't want to do any tests. Its almost like they don't believe me.
My blood sugar right now is at 2.2 m/mmol. I know thats low, but I can't eat anything to bring it up- even juice won't settle.

first off have you had your gallbladder ruled out? and im expirenceing the same thing now as we speak. i have had that going on for two years even through pregnancy i had my gallbladder removed and it is still here. next thing do have ANY thyroid disorders?? all of those symptoms are a sign of hypothyroidism. i have that too because i had my thyroid removed when i was 16 from cancer. next if its not that i would strongly try to rule out adrenal disorders. that is what they are testin me for as we speak they think i have addisons disease oh def have your sugar checked too
