What would cause muscle pains in my chest and arms.
I will say first that I have acid reflux. Almost every night and at random times durkng the day I will start having slight muscle pains in my chest and/or arms. This has been ongoing for some time now. I tend to worry about things a lot so maybe this isnt something severe.
Hello~If you are not better than I think you need to see your GP to rule out anything serious. Some of your issues point to heart issues.
In my opinion, this is something to go to the doctor for immediately. You will want to have your heart checked. Heart issues can be subtle but chest and arm pain intermittently is a classic sign. Go visit your doc asap and let us know (a regular doctor, use the ER if it intensifies and worsens but you need thorough exam and they just handle acute situations). good luck
I had these symptoms aswell and was so worried I went hospital and they told me I had an ulcer in my stomach
