Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The first thing to be ruled out is pregnancy. If this is ruled out, then it could be polycystic ovary, severe acidity with gastric reflux, electrolyte disturbance or thyroid or adrenal gland problem.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

Have you been eating healthy and drinking enough water? I felt the same about a week ago, made sure I wasnt pregnant, still not sure what the cause was, but i made some changes in my diet and i'm feeling much better.

Like the above post asks, have you ruled out being pregnant? I would maybe rule that out first and if not then there are other things that could be causing this. You could simply just have some kind of virus or something, maybe you are low in iron (anemic) or are you going through a difficult time at the moment...stress and depression of some kind can also cause this.
