What is wrong with me?!

I have had a couple bouts with unexplained nerve pain. Several months ago experienced sharp pain in right shoulder followed by burning and numbness. It still gives me trouble. I recently experienced a sharp pain in left arm as I was stretching. Now my left tricep and elbow is painful and sensitive to touch. I also get small boils/blisters (almost like festered hairs) on various parts of my body regularly. They can be painful. I don't know if the boils are somehow related to the nerve pain. I also sometimes feel like I am burning up but no fever. I almost always have sinus drainage. I am 34 yr old male. 6'0" 205lbs. I used to workout regularly but haven't for the past year but still in good shape. I have no idea what is wrong but have been worried about possible diabetes since there is a history of it on both sides of my family. Please advise. thanks.

The symptoms could be due to diabetes, food allergies, other allergies, H pylori infection and acidity, and gall bladder problems. Log in what you eat and see if there is a co-relation.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination and tests.

well have your heart checked out my dad had mild heart attackes for years before collapsing with a whooper of a needed six bypass surgery so have yourself checked for heart disease. by the way he died 16 years latter with half his heart decayed and there was no helping it so have it checked out is my advice to you.

Check your diet, seems u have to make some changes , no sugar , or simple carbs, white flour. Sleeping on your arm to a pinched nerve,,,any my or health care professional could find it
