Whats wrong with me?

Hi,

Just a day ago, I was in my bed trying to go to sleep, and I suddenly felt a cold shock through my whole body, and couldnt breathe, as if my heart just stopped, i tried to scream to my parents to help, but i was to weak to even exhale, it wore off, and i had weird jerks and spasms throughout the day, and i also felt really weak, stumbling across nothing and almost falling, i went to the doctor the same day, the gave me some blood tests, and everything was fine???

whats happening?

I'm 14, have athsma, and some allergies

It sounds like your allergies and asthma has something to do with the symptoms you were experiencing. However do you have any other health problems that you are aware of because what you were experiencing sounds dangerous. Maybe you were having an asthma attack. Or it could of been from something you ate because you have asthma and allergies something could of triggered it.

I fall very frequently. Always tripping or something  Due to my meds.  Did your doc ask how many times you are using your inhaler?  On any other meds?

i think you might be slept for a long hours on that side which caused your side to be numb and spasms, some times it happen if you take a cold shower and then you slept under the fan or the air condition it may cause what you have felt. not to worry a few days latter and will disappeared and be as normal. Cheers!

Maybe it's your nervous system that's all whacked.
