What's wrong with me?

This happens to me a couple times a year, in winter time and at night.  I get a loud buzzing noise in my head, my insides start to shake, and I get very cold. My blood prssure shoots up and I get numbness in parts of my body. What's happening to me?

I am just hoping and praying that the supplements do you some good.  I prefer not to take chemicals into my body.  And am glad you are getting some good vitamins in you.  :)

Thank you so much.  I just did start eating kale and I love spinach.  I also just started taking a multi vitamin and mineral supplement.  I don't like taking medication and prefer doing things naturally.  I will check out supplements for magnesium.  Again, thank you so much.

Could be a magnesium deficiency.  Unfortunately, we don't get enough magnesium from our food - pumpkin seeds, spinach and kale.  Symptoms of a lack of magnesium include: anxiety, restlessness, numbness and tingling, spasms, and zaps or vibrations.  The buzzing could be caused by taking aspirin or another NSAID just before going to bed.  Hope taking magnesium helps you.
