Numbness

I have looked everywhere but I can’t seem to find out what’s going wrong. I have numbness in my face, hands, legs, chest, my feet, etc. It comes and goes but it mostly stays. It has “attack” my left arm (at times) so bad that I can’t even move it. I went to a doctor which sent me to a neurologist. He then sent me to get a MRI. After my blood work and MRI coming back clean, they told me there was nothing they could do. Lately it’s been getting even worse. Please, if anyone can help me or hasn’t any ideas I would be more than thankful.
