Worried and Stress

In the last few weeks I have been worried about my health for no reason.  I went and had a physical and started to worry before I got my results back.  The results came back and everything from the blood work to the urine work to the complete physical itself was fine other than my cholestorol level being too high but I still stressed and worried and I have been losing weight it almost seems like a pound every two days.  Is this healthy

If nothing else, try to manage your 'worry time' to a specified time of day, say a half hour a day, and then refuse to do it at all other times.  Managing the worry, and telling yourself to "STOP IT!" at all other times, instead of engaging in it, may help you to keep the effects to a minimum.

I have been doing all that I can to relax to the point where I am scheduled to see my doctor this afternoon and discuss my situation.  My problem is that I don't know why I am so worked up and why.  Everything from the physical came back okay but for some reason my body thinks it's something wrong.  Maybe i'm going through an early mid-lif crisis I don't know, but we will see.

This is definately unhealthy. You should try to find ways to rrelax, whether that be by exercise, meditation, hobbies, or therapy. If you continue to be anxious to the point that it affects your life and health, you should consider anxiety medication.
