It doesn't sound like a normal zit.
Squeezing could be spreading the infection. If it is an abscess the spot will fester until the core root has been removed and you may require a nurse or doctor may need to remove it.
As the hot compress is helping to bring the rubbish to the surface, do this rather than squeeze.
I would make an appointment to see the doctor as you may require an antibiotic to kill off any infection. A swab can be taken to identify the bacteria. Keeping it clean and washing the area with salty water may help too.
I know, thank u for your advice :)
I am going to wait and see since it is draining from warm compresses.
I hope all is well!

Oh my, this is so unfair to have such pathetic health care systems in our societies.
Obviously your infection spread to other parts on your face (eye),
but your immune system , seems to be doing its job also.
Without a clinical examination, it is rather challenging to evaluate, making it difficult for me to comment.
I'm tempted to say, take a wait and see approach, and if there are no signs of improvement or should symptoms worsen, then definitely consider seeking medical attention.
This is what I would do if I were in your situation.
However, you must take full responsibilty for your decision.
I need to make this clear, as my opinion does not constitute medical advice
Wishing you well.

I woke up this morning and my eye was swollen I put a warm compress on it and got a lot of the pus out and the swelling in my eye has gone down and my head feels a tiny bit better? In your suggestion is it urgent I go? Or can it wait? I just don't have the money for the doctor but if it is necessary I will go.
Thanks,
Umphlove
Thank you niko for your advice
Hi umphlove
You have met 4 criteria, when you need to seek medical attention for a boil.
1. The boil is on your face.
2. It is very painful.
3. You have a severe headache.
4. The color of the skin has turned red
The boil is actually caused by an infection(likely staph) on the skin and the boil itself is not contagious, however, the infection can spread to other areas of your skin or to other people by contact. So please be careful.
I hope this helps, but please note that my comments and suggestions are not intended to replace medical advice.
Best wishes.
Niko
