vomiting after eating and smoking

hi. lately i've been vomiting while smoking after eating a big meal. at first it feels like i just need to "hack" something up, but then i vomit. i might vomit 4-5 times during the course of 1 cigarette. i'm guessing the smoking has something to do with it. other than that, is this serious? could it be a sign of lung cancer? i'm only 20 but i have been smoking for about 6 years. thank you for any help you can offer.

so i stopped drinking red bull and the vomiting stopped. i've been on a crazy schedule lately, working 18+ a day and drinking energy drinks to stay awake. i guess the combination of red bull and cigarettes was causing it. i feel great now

Hi

As I understand, you vomit only after a big meal. This could be due to reflex generated by smoking. It could also be due to some stricture at the duodenum level, reflux esophagitis or severe acidity. Vomiting after heavy meal associated with smoking is not a sign of lung cancer. However smoking is not good for health.
However it is difficult to diagnose without examining. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted.
