burning in the tip of the penis

hey doc,

i had unprotected sex with new partner, the next morning started to feel burning in the tip of my penis.

did blood and urine tests - but doctor decide to treat it cipro for 2 weeks, cause of the pain, cipro helped, but after

finishing the cipro burning came back - all std tests came negative - even urine test came clean.

what ever virus got into me - it triggered my genital herpes, which i have for almost 20 years.

prior to this, outbreaks came only once 3-4 years, im 45 and very healthy and strong.

back to the doctor - we did blood and urine tests again - all clean, but this time when the hepres heals - it left a scar.

im almost one year after having sex with that women -i had 4 herpes outbreaks, also i still feel burning in the

tip of my penis after ejaculation and my sex drive is weak.

doctor says unless he finds something in the tests - he cant give me anything

please help

thank you
