but pain
I have been having pains when i go to take a dump, but the pain doesn't stop there it contnues. It didi this before but the pain went away.

The pain can be due to fissures or due to infection. It could also be due to an abscess. Infected piles is another possibility. At times such a pain is due to compression of spinal nerves. Infection with herpes simplex virus can also be another cause. IBS can also cause a feeling of pressure in rectum. It is difficult to comment without examination.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

i cant remember the diagnosis but it was a show at dr. oz, they are spasms that are so painful i get them as well randomly, he said relax ur muscles when u get the pain and talk to ur doctor u may need rectal kegel exercises.
