I AM HAVING SEVRE LEGS AND TOE CRAMPS NJOT JUST AT NIGHT, SOMTIME THE PAIN STARTS AT MY GROIN AND MOVES DOWN MY LEG SHARP BREATH TAKING PAIN. MY STOMACH ALSO SWELLS AND HURTS AFTER I EAT, I SOMETIME GET SICK ON MYN STOMACH FROM THE PAIN THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON THE PAST 3 WEEKS

I'm glad- and if you suspect you might be having a heart attack, I hope you go tonight to the ER!  If you haven't had a lipid panel ordered by your primary care doctor in the last six months, they need to order that ASAP also- it's a fasting blood test which checks your bad cholesterol, your triglycerides (which can contribute to plaque build up in your blood vessels), and your good cholesterol.

You might be having problems with your vascular system.  Some years back, a loved one of mine had peripheral vascular disease.  It caused horrible cramping in her feet and legs.  You can ask the doctor for doppler testing to test for this.  Also, they may want to check your abdominal aorta as well.  

And in ladies, a heart attack can present itself as heartburn, so if that is they type of pain your are feeling (heartburn) after you eat, make sure a doctor checks your heart as well!  

Besides the vascular system, make sure your potassium is not low (get a blood test through your doctor), as low potassium can cause muscle cramps.  Another thing that can cause them are a lot of the cholesterol lowering statin drugs.  So, if you are taking one of those talk to your doctor.

You might also want to consider getting referred to a gastrointestinal specialist about your stomach swelling and hurting after you eat.
