If you do try to have a go at NOHARD's salt soak recipe, I would like to know if it helps to heal your problem.

I know that salty water is healing.  Urea is in some creams.

Natural yogurt applied directly to the skin problem is very cooling and healing and helps to reduce inflammation.  This is also a good alternative for any antifungal creams.  It's a good way of using up any left over out-of-date yogurt.  Excellent for sunburn too.

Hope you get better soon.

Best wishes.

Hi Rose, a rose can smell no sweeter, they say, but you my friend are giving yourself some problems, the Dettal wont help.
Look try this, get your self some sea salt, and for 10 days twice a day give it a nice soak in warm sea salt water, this will help clean and heal your problem, when this is done and your healed, make some brine from sea salt, its just a heavy salt solution when a fresh egg floats on it, its right.
Now mix this 50/50 with some urine each time you use some, you now soak your penis head in this daily, by doing this it should thicken the skin, and this should now overcome your problem.
Its just a very old thing English docker's use to thicken there skin.
Do hope this helps you.
Good Luck

I think it would be a good idea to see your doctor, as he can take a swab and find out if there is any fungal problem that needs to be treated.

As what you are doing is helping, I would carry on with that (not sure about the Dettol soap as don't know how drying that is for your skin).

As you have got this problem, you will have to be careful in the future, as dry skin condition and skin disorders have a habit of flaring up from time to time.

Best wishes.

Do not use any soap or shower gels to wash down below.  They dry the skin even more.

Because you are having pain in your penis, l suggest you see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

You will require a cream that is antibacterial and antifungal and a moisturising solution to apply to the penis and to use as a substitute for soap.  And possibly a oral antibiotic if the doctor feels this is needed.

Only war cotton underpants and do not wear any tight clothing.  Only use latex free condoms in the event that you have developed an allergy to latex.

You do not say if you have any scrotum pain, so I presume the pain is just in the penis.

Best wishes.

When infection enters the skin is weak. You should see a Doctor for the skin and a burning sensation might be signs of STI infection. It might be when your immune system is very low.
