Am I dying?

Its me again! So, I was told that I have anxiety and post traumatic stress but I strongly believe thats not the case.. These symptoms came out of nowhere in May of this year. I have a new one almost everyday.  Im gonna list them with the very first symptoms I started to get to the ones that I have gotten recently..

-very irritated at everything
-blurred vision (never had before)
-tingling in my left fingers
-change in skin texture on hands (looks pruney like when your in the water for a long time)
-burning sensation under skin in my left femur
-buzzing feeling that lasts for a few seconds in my neck in the same spot near my collarbone
-buzzing feeling in my feet
-buzzing feeling in my stomach
-stomach growling for no reason
-buzzing in my groin area
-fullness/pressure feeling in stomach
-kicking feeling in stomach (not pregnant)
-pressure in my upper and lower abdomen

-when i itch myself my hand gets tingly
-getting random rashes on my chest, hands, and arms with little bumps
-Body jolts out of nowhere
-ringing in my ears, sometimes its so bad I feel like Im going to black out from it
-very bad dizziness
-burning AND cold sensations everywhere
-itchy skin
-throat pain
-choking sensation/feel like i can't swallow

I definitely left out some..I am always feeling at least one of those symptoms if not all of them all of the time! I never NOT feel anything. Here are the tests Ive had done so far..

Tests done in hospital:
-Blood pressure has always been great
-CBC blood test, came back fine besides one thyroid was a little low but the hospital said its nothing to worry about? Should i get a second opinion?
-Cat scan of head was fine
-Had about 5 or 6 EKGS and they were all perfect and I was on a heart monitor a few times and that was fine
-Chest Xray was fine
-Stomach Xray was fine
-They tested me for diabetes and they said I dont have it
-Urine was fine they said no uti's or anything

MRI's:
-Brain mri with out contrast came back fine
-Neck and Spine mri with out contrast came back fine

I recently told my doctor I wanted to get tested for Lyme disease so she wrote a prescription for me and also one to see if any parts of my body were inflammed.. They both came back normal.

Do any if you have any idea what could be wrong here? Or suggest to have other tests done that I haven't already gotten? Or if you think I should go get a second opinion about something?

Also, my doctor prescribed me the anti depressant called Laxapro. Should I even take it? The only thig I take is a .25 xanax when I really need it. I am also seeing a psychologist, he wants me to try out hypnotherapy? Should I try it?

Please help me. I am feeling very hopeless and I feel like nobody really cares enough to get to the bottom of this. I just want to feel normal again. Im afraid of dying everyday. :(

Yes. Also see if you can get trigeminal neuralgia... a type of nerve pain that is similar to what you are experiencing.

Hello,

Stress and anxiety can certainly cause a lot of what you are experiencing, but, I think it could also be due to pinched nerves in your neck and back region. If this is the case, you will have all these symptoms and the only way to relieve them is to have some chiropractic adjustments to relieve the pressure on them. You see, if misplaced vertebrae are pressing on certain nerves, they will cause numbness, dizziness, and a whole array of symptoms, many of which you have.

I would certainly make and appointment to see a chiropractor, he just might be the answer you are looking for.

Hi Deena. Anytime my dear.
----Thyroid: Ask and insist for Free T3, Free T4 AND ReverseT3
---Adrenal Fatigue: Functional Adrenal Stress Profile (visit BioHealthLabs
for details as a ref. only FYI) Saliva test for cortisol and DHEA.
You may ask me for an AF questionnaire/assessment if interested.
--- Deficiencies to check :  Magnesium (tissue levels-not blood), Methylocobalamin B12, Methylfolate, B6, Zinc, Vitamin D3, cholesterol (below 160), Dopamine, GABA, Glutathione.
Do you have any recent labs regarding any of these?
Any deficiencies of these are not really life threatening in the short to medium term, however they can cause enough suffering, which amounts to just about the same.
Let me know and then I can give you some suggestions on how to correct them.

Cheers!
Niko

Hey thanks for your reply, so should I get my thyroid checked again? I think you're also right about the adrenal fatigue, the symptoms are extremely similar to what Im expierencing right down to the 'lines in your fingertips' one. Could you provide a little more details for me also on the deficiencies you think I might have, what do I do about those? Are any of these life threatening?

Thanks again,
Deena

Hey DeeMarieee.

Good news and bad news.
PTSD has a hidden stress component which the sufferer is unaware of.
Hypnotherapy will help deal with this and other emotional issues which have been repressed.
The biggest mistake people make is to expect results and miracles from the very first session.
My suggestion is to book a bundle of a minimum of 6 sessions, in order to give the therapist enough time to dig deep and bring to the surface issues
which need to be dealt with and cleared.

You probably also have hypothyroid and adrenal issues.
Adrenal fatigue is what I suspect, in which case the adrenals down-regulate thyroid function.
Conventional endocrinologists are not much help unfortunately.
This is a very delicate matter to treat and  honestly, your best chance for improvement would be in the hands of a reputable Functional Medicine Doctor who has training and experience in Holistic Endocrinology.

You also may have a lot of nutritional, neurotransmitter and other hormonal deficiencies.

Let me know if you need more details, however, please note that my suggestions and comments are not intended to replace medical advice.

Best wishes,
Niko
