Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If blood pressure and blood sugar is ok, then test for thyroid. Cervical spondylitis, acidity, ear problems could also be contributing factors. Acidity is very common in pregnancy and often causes dizziness. Also get a heart ECHO done as conditions like mitral valve dysfunction or a small hole in heart which were asymptomatic earlier, become symptomatic during pregnancy. Anemia is another reason for dizziness. Discuss this with your doctor and get this evaluated.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
