Look into POTS postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. You may have a dysautonomia, your autonomic nervous system controls your blood pressure which may be causing your dizziness, it can also screw with your tummy causing nausea. When you stand does your heart rate increase by 30 beats?
check out POTS PLACE on the net, there are other related disorders that you may have!
hope that helps!

Hello,
Important causes of dizziness include hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or hypotension (low blood pressure) .Pls get yourself evaluated for that.

Sometimes lack of proper sleep or taking stress can also lead to dizziness. Sometimes, there are partial or complete blockages in the arteries that supply the brain with blood.  These blockages can cause a temporary loss of blood flow (called transient ischemic attack, or TIA for short), or permanent loss of blood flow (called stroke; also called cerebrovascular accident). This can lead to impaired blood flow through these arteries and so dizziness. In such cases CT brain can be useful.

Get yourself examined by an eye specialist too as dizziness can also be caused by refractory changes and changes in the power of accommodation of the eyes. Ear infections and other causes like Meniere’s disease or inner ear diseases can also lead to dizziness.

Some other causes of dizziness are dehydration, anemia, infections, endocrine disorders like thyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary gland disorders, anxiety and panic attacks Blood pressure medications, sedatives, tranquilizers, antidepressants, pain relievers and some antibiotics ,Cervical spondolysis, vertebrobasilar insufficiency and carotid sinus syndrome can also cause dizziness.

Pls discuss these possibilities with your doctor and get yourself thoroughly evaluated and investigated to rule them out one by one and confirm the confirmatory diagnosis.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I had a friend in high school  with some of these symptoms and it turned out to simply be Anemia. have you been to a doc at all? Anemia is (as far as i know) mainly an iorn deficiency, but it stops the blood being able to take oxygen around the body. look it up and you may find the symptoms fit yours. I dont know much about it, but as I say I had a friend who had similar issues and that was the cause.  hope it helps :-)
