Undiagnosed problem. Slowly declining (maybe lymes) need your help.

Hello

I don't no how this works but I had a question and none of my doctors seem to know what the problem is. I am pretty afraid and have run out of options and would like to see if you knowledgable people can give me tips or any other advice

Medical history :nkda, healthy individual 21 year old physically active without any known problems till onset of symptoms. No mental illness. 170lbs. EMT as profession
Actively hunt, and are in the wilderness every season. Traveled to Europe

Onset of symptoms: Fall of 2011 to December 2011
Severe brain fog
Physciatric symptoms ( pround anxiety, depression, delerium)
Memory problems (unlike ever expiernced)
Headaches
Muscle spasms
Subtle migratory pains.
Feeling seperate from body.

Workup entailed:
Mri( negative)
Ct( negative)
Eeg(negative)
Infectious disease titer ( negstive)
Lyme Test western blot ( band 41 igg reactive overall negative)
Postural orthostatic tachycardia

Medications given
Ssri ( no outcome)
Steroids (no outcome)
* one  high dose IM rosephin ( improved symptoms)

* note the rochepin was givin on a last ditch effort to determine what was going on  in the er

After the rochepin was given the symptoms stopped procgressing and died off almost an intermission if you will. Symptoms became manageable or almost gone.

Then I went back to running vigoursly then a year and a half later

(2013 June to present )

The same symptoms above plus

The symptoms started with severe uncomprehenable bout of anxiety lasting 48 hours
Then has been progressing till it hospitalized me for a week.

Along with mood swings severe aggression. Agitation. I don't have a memory it seems.

Doctors I have seen;
Cardiologist
2 Neurologist
2Physciatrist

And they ran ever test in the book including a spinal tap(negative)

The only difference this time was that the spytoms are ten times worse causing me to lose my jobs because I got lost while driving the ambulance in a very familiar place I'm used to. Sever depersonalization I don't no who I am.

I saw one doctor today who wasn' t LLD but was a infectious doctor who said sense I didn't have constant fevers and your test says negative you
Don't have it ( disclosing band 41 an wouldn't allow me to tell her my entire symptoms and how this happen just felt like a number not a concern
She said you don't have lymes so stop talkin about it. I was hoping that this was going to be the last doctor and they would have understood.

I get lost and confused easily and feel like I am mentally handicap because of this and no can work as an EMT. I pray I can again one day.

Could this be a possible case of lyme? Even though my western blot shows negative but a igg 41band is reactive. I sure hve the susceptibility to getting it do to the fact I have had ticks found on
Me for many years in being I'm outdoors men. I hunt In Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi. Note I have had flu like symptoms previously before the first wave of symptoms in 2011

Any thoughts would be helpful

Thank you all so much

So what was/is the Vitamin D level?
Do you take supplements?
I have a friend that had exactly the same symptoms as you decribe & her problems are now almost gone by the fact the doctor found out she had NO vitamin D in her system.  So she was prescribed a mega dose of D in the gel form for 2 weeks with 50,000 units daily & now she is on 8,000 units daily & doing well.  That's why I asked

Yeah I have had ticks on Me and have been bitten the only problem is the western blot comes back negative but one band is reactive, not enough to call it positive so it came negative

As you are outdoors a lot, you may have been stung, or got contaminated through a scratch.

Have you ever been tested for Leptospirosis (Weil's Disease)?
If you get scratched by a bush that has contaminated urine from rodents you could get the disease.

If you have not had a test done for any parasitic infestations, you may wish to consider getting that done.

To get Lyme's disease you will need to have been bitten by an infected tick.  Do you remember having that?  It would have showed up like a dartboard red ring on your skin.
