Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes reduced muscle movement on left side of heart or hypokinesia would make it difficult for the blood pressure to be maintained. This could result in a drop in blood pressure once you either sit up from lying down or stand up suddenly. Please follow up with the cardiologist as this can further result in decreased ejection fraction. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
