Can an antidepressant cause nerve pain like pin-pricks in random locations?

I recently started having pin-pricks of pain, sometimes like a shock, in various random locations on my body.  I also recently changed antidepressants from Effexor to Cymbalta and have Hepatitis C, which my doctor is aware of.  Is there any link to these medication, hepatitis C, and/or the random pain I am describing?

Hello~

To my knowledge, there is no relation to the pains and the meds. I would ask the doctor and the pharmacist, maybe you are having a reaction to the new drug as the old one gets out of your system.
