Huge list of symptoms, is this more than just anxiety?

I was diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder last year after suffering the following range of symptoms on a regular basis:

Numbness across my chest
Pressure feeling in one side of my head
headaches
nosebleeds
dizziness
loss of balance
twitching of random muscles
facial numbness on one side
pressure in the back of the neck
random shots of adrenaline and feeling of panic
Seeing blacks spots in vision
panic attacks
numbness in random parts of the left side of my body,

I had a brain MRI done which came back clear. Now, i suffer from a few symptoms, but they are far less worse than before and i would say i have gotten better over time. But one symptom that has always stayed present is the numbness and loss of feeling down one side of my body. Recently it has got worse, because now I have numbness in my left chest, left side of head, left arm, left calf and also my left leg some times. The numbness in my arm is to the point that I can literally stab myself with a needle and hardly feel it, and it is similar with my chest as well.

What could this be? It cannot be in my brain because the MRI was clear, so what else could this possibly be?

Im a 17 year old male, 124pounds and 5ft 4 inches tall.

then most likely its your nervouse system Your nervous system is made up of two main parts: the brain and the spinal cord, which combine to form the central nervous system; and the sensory and motor nerves, which form the peripheral nervous system. The names make it easy to picture: the brain and spinal cord are the hub, while the sensory and motor nerves stretch out to provide access to all areas of the body.

Put simply, sensory nerves send impulses about what is happening in our environment to the brain via the spinal cord. The brain sends information back to the motor nerves, which help us perform actions. It’s like having a very complicated in and out box for everything.

Are you sexually active? Get a fill STD check up.  Do you drink enough water? At least 8 cups of water a day....no more than that you can get sick from drinking too little or too much water. Test for diabeties and maybe get some more blood work done other than just a brain scan.
