First, kudos to anyone who fully reads this and added kudos to those who respond. 30 year old female, normal weight, solid diet and avid exerciser. Anyway, problems began with frequent trips to ER including an overnight stay when my resting HR went down to 30bpm and was bouncing all over the place. Everything checked out okay as did subsequent stresstests and echocardiograms. Turned over to a gasto doc where an endoscopy showed eroded stomach, GERD and bacteria in my small intestine. Antiobiotics for the bacteria in small intestine made me feel 100% better for the two week duration. However, bloating, weight loss and extreme constipation continued as did chest pains. More ER visits and blood taken only showing slow resting heart rate (around 55), low blood pressure and low white blood cell count. Still feeling generally fatigued and just not right continued to seek answers having a chest CT scan (all clear), stomach emptying test (normal) and a CT of abdomen (small ovarian cyst and substantial amount of stool in colon). Never been one to be sick, stay home from work or bang on doctors doors yet it has become this way as more visits and tests ensued. Had an angiogram (all clear), tested for lupus, b12 levels (both fine) and a lung functiong test which, to my surprise, showed asthma. Inhalers have helped for breathing yet can't shake this general feeling of malaise including feeling weak, tired, muscle pains, frequent need to urinate, constipation, bloating, muscle spasms and burning pain all over body. Must say have never felt so stiff (bad in neck) or achey in my body ever and have decreased exercise to try to help.To top it off have had a few days where have had one big heart palipitation along with chest pain lasting seconds but rather frightening. Finally, there are many instances where just have a hard time breathing. Of course, anxiety has been brought up by doctors yet don't seem anxious and will often wake up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. My body is frequently warm to the touch specifically my back and stomach. This is funny to read back to myself yet prior to May hadn't been to a doctor for awhile let alone missed work. Most recent blood work showed low calcium and again low white blood cells. Totally at a loss and looking for clues, answers something so can begin living a normal life again.
