I am a 26 yr old married woman having a 16 month old kid.
These are the symptoms I suffer from:
Physical Problems:
Menstrual irregularities right from begginning.
very severe back ache for at least past 5-6 years..acute pain in upper and middle back.severe spasms..shortness of breath
decently slender body but with a pot belly..looks like i'm all the while pregnant with only the tummy bulging forth..seems like cortisol problems
wooly/kinky hair on lower region of scalp
had mild epilepsy
Psychological problems:
All stressed up because of no parental support and no other support.have been through stress and depession right from a very young age
Very little rest and sleep..feel fatigued and sleepy during the day
I feel high adrenalin levels and energy but still exhausted all the time.
I wish to overcome all of the above problems which I believe has a single root cause.I am ready to pursue the required for a long time if needed.I want to be physically fit and mentally strong.
