Also, you could get a job that makes you sweat. Then nobody would know about your little sweating problem. Like maybe a landscaper, fitness instructor, factory worker, etc. :)
Your family doctor can prescribe you deodorant. can't get it without a prescription. Works wonders. The doc I work for prescribes it all the time. :)
Please don't dismiss this possible solution, it might seem simple but it has worked.
Try working on a sodium, potassium and calcium balance in your body. And drink lots of water.
Try it and let us know the results.
i need a job so bad but this is the only thing stopin me from workin
i've tried clinical deodorant. it didnt work, i think i sewar alot because im nerves about the smell because i still smell deodorant but other people say im musty, i over heard my family talkin about me in the other room and they never say anything to me because they dont want me to fill bad. im 22yrs old, this been happenin for 6yrs. people also think im inti social because i did talk alot but its really because i kno i smell. its hard being social wit this problem.
try showering at night before bed and using a clinical over the counter deodorant. Make sure you rub it under your arms good. Also shower again in the morning and do the same thing. See how it goes for a short while. If the problem persists, contact your health provider.
It is possible that there is an in balance in your body of sodium, potassium and calcium.
You might be eating the right foods or taking the correct supplements, but your body is not absorbing these in the correct balance that your body needs. You would need to experiment which one is making you out of ‘balance’. Try taking an extra potassium tablet. Give it some time for your body to absorb it. Drink lots and lots of water (preferably filtered or bottled water, with or without added electrolytes). If not, then try calcium, and then sodium. Again you might be taking these, but your body is not absorbing these, and also not in the quantities your body needs to be in balance. In addition, to sweating profusely, this also helps with chills and for foot cramps.
Also, drink lots of water on a regular basis (preferably filtered or bottled water). Consider adding electrolytes and trace minerals that are being diluted.
