inflammed back along the spine with pain...

I am 27yrs old.I am very active, and I usually don't take the time to sit and rest my body. The Drs. say I'm overworking myself.I know I am but can't stop.I've been given flexaril 10mg, Naproxen 550mg , loratab 10mg, and meloxicam, steroid packs and steroid shot. My back inflames on the let side of my spine up to a inch and sometimes its upper or lower and one time it was an inch raised up inflammed all the way down my spine. It hurts!I have a curve in my spine and when this happens I get scared.Every joint in my body is arthritis,my body goes numb from my toes to my head.my lower back, right now is in major pain,my cramps can sometimes make me hit the floor, in my stomach area all around to my back and I have chest pains.I've had an ultrasound done. I've been checked for gall bladder, hernia, blood test for kidney and liver and heart test, they cant find anything...Also x-rays, nothing.I'm trying to get a MRI approved threw my insurance now.I have to hold on to pick myself up.My knees feel like their going to break.I can barely walk sometimes....Someone if u know about this I need to know what kind of problem I might have if anyone could relate to my situation.please help.

Thanks for the advice.I've been doing a lot of stretching and it helps for a couple hours and when it starts to hurt again, I stretch again.I don't care where I am, it has become a ritual for me.

The only med that you mentioned that was good was the Naproxen 550mg which is good for inflammation the others meds are questionable. All doctors are going to have their own opinion because they are all practicing medicine and you need to be advised of that.
You may want to try laying on your back preferable on your bed. Bring one knee at a time to your chest. If there is pain back off a little. Hold the knee to your chest or where its comfortable for 20 seconds then repeat with the other leg. You need to stretch that lower back and over time this should help a lot you have a nerve issue going on this is obvious.
