internal hotness around chest

Hi, I'm 31 years old. For about 2months now I have been experiencing hotness inside my left chest area, something it feels like hot air is coming out of my two ears. What could be the problem with me. Then lately, my nipples started itching though that has eased a little bit now. I am quite concerned. I have also arranged to see a gynaecologist next week.
Do you have any idea what is wrong with me

Good advice from Foggy2 with regard to your itchy nipples.  

Sometimes they can itch from a fungal infection or from being dry.  Instead of using normal soap, use ones that have the same pH level as our skin.  You can also buy and use an emmolient like Dibrobase from the pharmacy which can be used instead of soap.  

Sometimes nipples can also feel itchy nearing a menstrual cycle.

For your hot chest feeling, I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can to listen to your chest to see if thee is anything going on in there and also examine your ears.

No, but I'm glad you made the appt. with your GYN MD. He/she should be able to figure things out by examining you and doing a more in depth evaluation.  Since we don't know your medical or GYN history or what medications and supplements you take, keep your appt.  See if there is a correlation with anything when these episodes happen (e.g. using a new washing detergent when you started getting itchy nipples or wearing a new bra; started taking a new supplement or eating something new when the "hotness" came on, using a new soap, eating a new food, etc.).  

Have your menses been regular with a normal flow?  

Are you using birth control?  Any change in the birth control?

Do you have any lumps on a self-breast exam or any nipple discharge or any dry skin to the nipple area?  Any piercings to the nipples?
