3 years without diagnosis. Please help

I have had the following symptoms for the last few years:

-Brain Fog
-Fatigue
-Chronic Stuffy Nose
-Visual disturbances
-Distended abdomen

I have been to a few doctors trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I have high cholesterol, high hematocrit, and high hemoglobin. I had blood work done last year with similar results. I would say I have an athletic/muscular build and am fairly young so the high cholesterol is kind of surprising. My doctor thinks my low blood oxygen is due to either sleep apnea, dehydration, or possibly a heart condition. I was doing light cardio last week and almost fainted, so I'm going to have an EKG done next week. Is there anything I can suggest to my doctor? I have been blown off by other doctors in the past. This doctor actually seems like she is interested in helping me.

Thanks in advance

I had a few more tests.

-AM Cortisol 22.3  (10am)
-Lyme Titer .09

I waiting for results to come back from an ANA and Sed Rate test.

Hopefully, someone can lead me in the right direction. The doctors have pretty much hit a dead end. They want to test for sleep apnea. They do not think I have food allergies based on my symptoms. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Update:

I had an Echo, EKG, and cardiac stress test. The had a separate Echo during my stress test. They said it was a resting or static echo. It revealed an enlarged right ventricle. I brought this to the attention of my doctor. He said that I had a 2D Echo and my ventricle is normal. He said that a 2D Echo actually measures the ventricles. Therefore, everything is fine with my heart.

I had a chest xray done. It did not reveal anything.

I went to my ophthalmologist this week. He compared visual field tests from an appointment two months ago. I had significant visual improvement. I also had a 3 line improvement during the eye exam. He thinks that there is something wrong with my general health that is causing the acute inflammation of my eyes. He suggested I get tested for Lyme disease.

Is there anything else I should have checked? I do not like to have blood drawn, so I want to try and eliminate things if possible. I was thinking about getting my cortisol levels checked.

Sarcoidosis could explain the Fatigue, Chronic Stuffy Nose, and the Visual Disturbance. The Distended Abdomen & Brain Fog could be sickle cell disease, high blood pressure, polycythemia vera, or carcinoma renal cell.

I don't take any supplements other than vitamins. I could be dehydrated. It would have to be long term or chronic dehydration. My blood work was the same as last years.

Have you been taking any body building or booster meals? And are you not dehydrated?

Take one glass of rehydrate and see if that helps? And stop any booster meals.

Hope it helps
