Tightness on sides of throat

Off and on, and more often when under stress or when or after I exert myself,  I have this tightness on the sides of my throat.  Sometimes I feel like I have a lump in my throat.  I'm not dizzy, I can breathe fine too.  It just makes me wonder if it's my heart or something.. I also have PVC's....Any answers

Thank you for your comment.  I don't know about goiter...I am looking it up asap!  No, my throat doesn't stick out...I had my thyroid checked a few years ago and it was ok then...May look into that again.  Thank you

I have this too and actually right now.  I have alittle bit of a goiter.  Does your throat in the middle stick out alittle?  If so, you could get your thyroid levels checked.  It could be overactive thyroid.  Mine sticks out and yet I have no thyroid problems.  I believe sometimes that mine is caused from allergies and when I take allergy medication it gets better.  Sinuses are horrible this year.
