Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Lymph nodes in lungs can swell in granulomatous lung diseases like sarcoidosis, in pneumonia and in lung cancer. The CT scan of the lung needs to be reviewed by a chest specialist along with other tests for you like pulmonary function tests, blood examination etc.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
