I would go to a place that has a rep for diagnostics. Diagnosis of anything other than everyday illnesses are not easily diagnosed by most of the medical profession.

sounds serious esp. with the changes in the CT scans; You need to see a cardiologist and possibly a  nuerologist. And drop whatever Doctor you are seeing b/c obviously he/she is not helping.Or get him/her to make a referral.
Only a specialist can assist you with these symptoms; It's your health; bring the ct test results with you, ask questions, and be honest. The right Doctor will be able to make a diagnoses and treat you effectively. If you are unable to be proactive b/c of your limitations seek help through friends or family to get you to the doctor/ etc.Good Luck

I really don't know what to say about the physical part of your problems, but if you are interested in some advice with the depression, I may be able to help.  My husband and I own a health and supplement store, and we have had success with several people who had suffered from depression.  Let me know and good luck to you!(I know it can be very scary, not too mention very frustrating)
