2 y/o high fever vomiting

My 2.5 year old son who is just under 25 pounds has been vomiting for about 24 - 30 hrs, with high fever, up to 104.  He has not kept anything down today, including motrin or tylenol to reduce fever.  Should I take him to ER now?  He just threw up waterdown apple juice and mashed potato bites from 3 hrs ago

It could be the flu or a urinary trac infection. You never know so I would deffinetly take him to the E.R . Til then try and get him to drink some pedialyte he's probably dehydrated. I hope he feels better.
