Hello,

Various possibilities are there for your symptoms. Then it can be due to hypothyroidism, anxiety and panic atteacks, hypoglycemic attacks, hyperhydrosis(excessive sweating) and premenopause in women.Sometimes, patients who have recovered from a febrile illness(maybe due to some infections)continue to experience chills in the convalescence period.

The lymph node swelling is due to some underlying bacterial or viral infection and the nasal problems can be due to sinusitis. You can use an over-the-counter (OTC) decongestant combined with an anti-inflammatory analgesic (pain reliever) like Ibuprofen. But, you should not use decongestants for more than 5-7 days at a time. Symptoms can also be relieved by using a saline nasal spray or a nasal spray that contains corticosteroids. However, the golden rule for chronic stuffy nose is steam inhalation. Severe and chronic cases may require sinus drainage.

In my opinion, you should discuss your ear and sinus problems with an ENT specialist and get the other possibilities ruled out by a physician.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
