popping joints & feeling like my connective tissue is disintegrating

Dear friends of the community, I had a period of stress about 18 months ago and have never been the same. I first went to doc after stressful event and said "I felt like there was something vascular going on" about 3 mo. later my primary symptoms were Rice Krispie sounds for all my joints, neck pain, headaches, clicking of my ligaments, random muscle facilations, occasional Raynauds and a bit of a "flat" emotional state (not depressed just not excitable?) The neck X-ray was fine (although I feel like my head might literally fall off my body), I can turn my head to left and get a repetitive clicking and of course pain & I have a headache almost every single morning when I wake up. Tylenol does not help. My 90/60 blood pressure is now always at 130/90 (still ok but higher). I've been to neurologist, rheumy & orthopedist who diagnosed me with loose ligaments but doesn't know why. My ANA, RF, sed rate and C-reactive protein all negative. Initial Lyme test was positive immunoblot was done and negative. It's not heavy metals and not allergy-related. My GP said "we are at the end of what traditional medicine can do for you"...meanwhile I type this and my knees/feet are cramping and neck killing me. I'm 43, mom of two and am nowhere in terms of a diagnosis. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Will try anything at this point! I do have autoimmune hashimotos and am on low dose levo but have TSH of 1.0. I'm wondering about issues with adrenal issues, metabolic muscle issues, hormone imbalances or possibly something infectious as it seems a rheumatologic condition is off the table. I did get an MRI of my neck last week and follow up with orthopedist Tuesday...if anything revealing I will update!
