rib pain
i woke up a wk ago with very bad pain under my ribs on the right side, thought i may have banged it but i haven t been takin painkillers for 7 days, going to the doctors tomorrow as i cant lie on it makin me feel a bit sick too, just hope he doesn t say its a pulled muscle

I've had the same problem, and found out that I pulled the small muscles in between my ribs. I was ill with bronchitis and the continuous coughing and struggling to breathe (because I'm asthmatic too) had caused this to happen. Coughing a lot is a common cause of rib pain. Unless you've fallen and hurt yourself.
