small mass on adrenal gland

I just had the mass checked and it has not grown in a yr. it is 1.3 centimeters and have been told its small and not to worry. my doctor seemed surprized when i said that my stomach has expanded over 10 inches from when i first came to him and said something is wrong. I had a total hysteremy 9 yrs ago. A tummy tuc almost 6 yrs ago. my stomach gets rock hard more so after eating to a point i have to recline or i have a hard time breathing. I have frequent urination sometimes lose control and not make it to the bathroom. i get up at least 4 times a night. Most times its only a dribble. I drink plenty of fluids, water to try and flush things out. I only have a bowl movement in the am after i have drank something cold. that is unless i have lifted something heavy in which case my stomach is in knots and then i spend alot of time in the bathroom. I have 3 hernias in the stomach and have been told to lose a minimum of 50lbs or they will not doing anything about them. I feel like i am carying around a 30lb ball inside my stomach, but nothing shows on xrays, ultra sounds or the latest cat scan. If i had a tumor could it be hidden behind something and not viewable. My doctor has suggested i see a indocrologist about the samll mass on my adrenal gland. I'm tired all the time, when sitting up straight for too long it becomes hard to breathe. I am at a loss of what to do or where to go, i have been to numerous doctors and they all say nothing is wrong that i am just fat. I have been over weight in the past and the fat is flabby this is not so i don't understand how they say this.

You should see an Endocrinologist ASAP. How long have you had an adrenal mass?
These can cause weight gain esp. in the abdomen area along with numerous other symptoms. It doesn't matter what size it is. It is not normal.
